Our primary objective of using iPads is to prepare our children to enter a world that requires the effective integration of technology into daily life. The most important component of this goal is promoting a learning environment where technology is utilized to enhance the curriculum and maximize learning.
Zoom is utilized to help in remote learning, when necessary. Teachers are able to connect to teach (one on one or in a large group) and help students, when in-classroom teaching is not possible. Zoom allows for a “face-to-face” approach even when students and teacher are apart.
SeeSaw is used to streamline teacher and student online communication (KND thru 3th grade), aide in sharing files, manage assignments, and collect digital homework. SeeSaw assists teachers in guiding students in their learning and growth, even while at home.
Google Classroom is used to streamline teacher and student online communication (4th thru 8th grade), aide in sharing files, manage projects/assignments, and collect digital homework. Classroom also functions as a student planner to help in tracking assigned work and completion.
